About the Principal Nancy Robards graduated from Hamilton College with a degree in English literature.  She worked for many years as a paralegal both in a top tier law firm and in corporate settings.  She brings her experience in the legal environment to her discipline and counsels both clients and candidates through the hiring process. Ms. Robards prides herself on finding the right fit for both clients and candidates and has maintained a consistently high level of service throughout her 10 years in the search industry.
